Returns & Exchanges

At EBY, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must be unworn and in its original packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
